Consumer Directed Personal Assistance Program
The CDPAP program coordinates self-directed home care for people with disabilities. Program statistics for October through March:

Long Term Care Ombudsman Program
Ombudsman program staff and volunteers visit and assist residents of nursing homes and adult care facilities. Program statistics for October through March:
Clinton County: 700 residents & families, 323 staff
Essex County: 650 residents & families, 272 staff
Franklin County: 253 residents & families, 104 staff
