Radio Reading Service

Read and record local newspaper and magazine articles.
Edit recorded sound files and prepare them for broadcast.
Broadcast recorded readings to people who are blind or visually impaired.

Long Term Care Ombudsman Program

Visit local nursing homes.
Help residents, family, and staff resolve problems and conflicts.

Mentoring

Share your experiences of living with a disability.
Provide one-on-one support.
Provide additional help and support to people with disabilities.
Help someone with a disability work towards independence.
Talk with a person with disabilities about your job.
Have someone visit your workplace.
Be a "go to" person to learn about your job or career field.
