The Northeast Reading Radio Service is a valuable resource for people with visual impairment or other disabilities that hinder the ability to read. Seven days a week, a team of dedicated volunteers provide audio recordings of interesting and informative programs that are streamed onto the internet. The broadcasts include readings from a wide range of newspapers, magazines and other publications throughout the Clinton County region. Additional national and international publications are also broadcast as they become available.
